Si Johnson was named vice president, group president, MedSurg, in February 2000. Mr. Johnson is responsible for leadership of the Instruments, Endoscopy, Medical, Canada and Latin America divisions. Mr. Johnson began his career with Stryker in February 1980. He held various sales and marketing positions until being named general manager of Stryker Instruments in 1992. He then served as president of Stryker Instruments from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Johnson holds a B.A. from Kalamazoo College and an M.A. from Ohio University.
