Prior to joining AMD, Mr. Wolin was with Motorola for 12 years and held a number of positions within its legal organization, primarily in intellectual property law. Most recently, Mr. Wolin served as vice president and director of legal affairs for Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector where he was responsible for the worldwide legal matters, including intellectual property, of Motorola's semiconductor business. Mr. Wolin received a degree in chemistry from the University of Arizona in 1984. He received his JD degree from Arizona State University in 1988. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar, and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
