David A B Brown

David A. B. Brown became Chairman of the Board in May 2005 and became a director in September 2001 in connection with our acquisition of Marine. Mr. Brown was a director of Marine from June 1995 until September 2001. Mr. Brown is currently Chairman of Layne Christensen Company. Mr. Brown served as President of The Windsor Group, Inc., a strategy consulting firm, from 1984 until 2005. Mr. Brown was Chairman of the Board of the Comstock Group, Inc. from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Brown is also a director of EMCOR Group, Inc.
