Richard W. Douglas, Executive Vice President for The Staubach Company in Dallas, Texas since October 2004. Previously served in numerous other executive officer positions with The Staubach Company since joining the company in February 1999. Mr. Douglas has been a director of Atmos Energy since November 2007. Class I Director--Term Expiring in 2008.
