Mr. McGrath is President and Chief Executive Officer of Unisys. He has been with Unisys since 1999, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2004 through December 2004; Executive Vice President and President of the Company's Enterprise Transformation Services business from 2000 to 2004; and Senior Vice President of Major Accounts Sales and Chief Marketing Officer from 1999 to 2000.
