Mr. Duques is a retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corporation, an electronic commerce and payment services company, a position he held from 1992 to 2002 and from 2005 to 2007. He has served as a Director of Unisys since 1998 and has been the non-executive Chairman of the Board since 2006.
