Robert Miller has served on our board of directors since January 2000 and is a member of the Compensation and Compliance Committees. Since July 2005, he has been a principal of Dutko Worldwide, a multi-disciplinary government affairs and strategy management firm, and he was a partner at the Jones Vargas law firm from 1999 to 2005.
