Mr. Murray J. Demo has been a Board Member of Xoom Corporation since May 2012. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dolby Laboratories, Inc. from May 2009 to June 2012. From September 2007 to June 2008, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LiveOps, Inc., a call center outsourcing company. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Postini, Inc., a security software company, from May 2007 until it was acquired by Google Inc. in September 2007. From 1996 to 2006, he worked in a number of roles at Adobe Systems Incorporated, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is currently a director of Citrix Systems, Inc., an enterprise infrastructure company, and a director of one private company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University.
