Jon D Walton

Previously, Mr. Walton was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Walton joined Allegheny Ludlum Corporation as General Counsel and Secretary in 1986. He became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Allegheny Teledyne upon the closing of the Allegheny Ludlum-Teledyne combination in August 1996. He was named Senior Vice President in 1997. A member of the Pennsylvania bar for over 30 years, Mr. Walton previously served in legal and management positions for Dresser Industries Inc., Harbison-Walker Refractories, US Steel Corporation, and Owens Corning Fiberglass. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. Mr. Walton is active in a number of professional, industrial, philanthropic, civic and cultural organizations, and he serves on the boards of directors of the United Way of Allegheny County and the Pittsburgh Symphony and is a member of the board of trustees of Westminster College.
