COTTING, 74 retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Navistar International Corporation, a truck and diesel engine manufacturing and financial services firm, more than five years ago. Mr. Cotting has been a director since October 1987. He is a member of the Board's Corporate Affairs and Finance Committees.
