is Vice President of the Company. He was appointed to this position in September 1997. Mr. Galvin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company's Frontier refining subsidiaries since February 1992. Previously, he had spent 15 years with Arthur Andersen, ultimately as Audit Principal.
