Kevin Lamb

Mr. Lamb, a corporate attorney and shareholder at Gunster, Attorneys at Law in West Palm Beach, has more than 25 years of corporate legal experience across a wide spectrum of industries. He concentrates his practice in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions; venture capital; private equity; creditors rights and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Gunster in 2005, Mr. Lamb was a partner at the Boston-based law firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, where he served as chair of its commercial law and corporate restructurings practice. Mr. Lamb serves on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County, the Washington & Lee University Alumni Association, the Angel Investment Forum of Florida, and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. He has written more than 20 published articles and is a frequent lecturer and commentator. Mr. Lamb, his wife Karyn, and their son, Nelson, live in Palm Beach.
