Since becoming a trainer in 2003 Rob has spoken or trained at over 40 Federations throughout the US and Canada. Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Mann was the 2006 Co-Chair of the UJC National Young Leadership Department and Young Leadership Cabinet. Mr. Mann is a member of Chicago’s JUF Board of Directors and a member of their Executive Committee. Previously he was the Chair of JUF’s Tikkun Olam Volunteer Network. Additionally, he is the 2003 recipient of Chicago’s Young Leadership Award. Mr. Mann was selected to be a Wexner Heritage Fellow in 2006. Mr. Mann is President of Henry-Lee and Company, a Chicago based designer and distributor of women’s apparel. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He received a B.S. in Management from Tulane University in 1985 and an M.B.A from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 1995.
