Phillip Carter

Mr. Carter joined Bain Capital in 1999 and is a Managing Director of the Brookside Fund. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Managing Director at Phoenix Investment Partners where he focused on financial services companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carter was a sell-side equity research analyst covering financial services for nine years and Assistant Treasurer at Chase Manhattan. Mr. Carter received a BS from Boston College.
