Stephen Zide

Mr. Zide has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital since 2001 and a member of the firm since 1997. From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Zide was a Managing Director of Pacific Equity Partners, an affiliate of Bain Capital in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Zide was a partner of the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where he was founding member of the New York office and specialized in representing private equity and venture capital firms. Mr. Zide received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from the University of Rochester.
