Mary Lou Early

Vice chairman of the board of directors and secretary of the company since May 2004. She has been employed by the company in a variety of executive positions since 1988, including vice president and chief operating officer until May 2004. Mrs. Early became a director of the company in 1997. Mrs. Early is married to Mr. Early and is the mother of Darrin Andersen, our president and chief operating officer.
