Richard T Sansone

Mr. Sansone is the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of RR Donnelley and Sons (formerly Moore Wallace), from April 2001 to December 2005. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Sansone was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he was an Audit Senior Manager.
