Charles Hough Parkhurst

Mr. Parkhurst has traded interest rates for the past twenty years. He currently runs the US Treasury STRIPS desk at Barclays Capital, a position he has held since July 2008. From 2003-2007 he ran interest rate trading at Centerlight Capital Management and Archeus Capital Management, two multi-strategy hedge funds he co-founded. From 1985 to 2002 he worked at Salomon Brothers, where, for the last 5 years he ran the US Government Bond trading desk. Mr. Parkhurst received his BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University in 1983. He lives with his wife and four children in Greenwich, CT, where he enjoys squash, tennis, golf and his three Labrador retrievers.
