Caroline Michel has over 25 years experience in the media industry. She previously ran both Vintage at Random House and Harper Press at HarperCollins. For the last three years she has headed the William Morris UK Operation and became CEO of PFD in 2007. She was a member of the Booker Prize Committee for six years and is currently a Governor of the BFI and Board member of PEN.
