DANIEL R. HAWBAKER has been a director since 2000. Mr. Hawbaker is the president and chief executive officer of Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc., a heavy construction services and products company located in State College, Pennsylvania. He is a director of M&T Bank and a member of its Community Reinvestment Act Committee. Mr. Hawbaker had served as a director of Keystone Financial Bank, N.A. and its predecessor from 1989 through M&T Bank Corporation's acquisition of Keystone Financial Inc. ("Keystone") on October 6, 2000.
