Joann Eisenhart

Joann Eisenhart, who most recently was senior vice president of human resources at Pfizer Inc., has been named vice president of human resources of Northwestern Mutual. Eisenhart also was named an executive officer of Milwaukee-based Northwestern Mutual, the company said Thursday. Prior to joining Pfizer, she served in human resources and scientific leadership roles over a 16-year career with Rohm and Haas Co. Eisenhart has at least one Wisconsin tie: she holds a doctorate in inorganic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. She earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois.
