Mark A Hershey

Mark A. Hershey was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for IKON Office Solutions in March 2005. In this role, he is responsible for the supervision of IKON's legal and regulatory affairs. Previously, Hershey spent six years with IKON in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President of Transactional Law. In that role, he had primary legal responsibility for Board of Directors, SEC and corporate governance matters, while also overseeing the legal aspects of IKON's national accounts, marketing and vendor programs. In addition, Hershey had a lead role in negotiating the divestiture of IKON's North American leasing business, and the resulting lease program with GE Commercial Finance. Prior to joining IKON, Hershey was an Associate in the corporate department of Stradley, Ronon in Philadelphia, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and technology law. Hershey holds a bachelor's degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University and earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
