Mimi Corcoran is the Director of the Special Fund for Poverty Alleviation at The Open Society Foundations. Ms. Corcoran was previously an independent management consultant advising clients on strategy, policy, compliance and operations structures, and served as the Executive Director of the Beginning with Children Foundation, Inc.
