Richard G Ketchum

Before retiring in mid 2016, Ketchum served as CEO of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. (FINRA) since 2009, and its executive chairman of the Board of Governors since 2007. He served as the first chief regulatory officer of the New York Stock Exchange starting in 2004, and previously spent 12 years at NASD and The NASDAQ Stock Market Inc. where he served as president of both organizations.
