Jack Berka

Mr. Berka is a Senior Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Los Angeles office. He is the Global Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory Services (FAS) business and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Berka was a financial analyst in the Corporate Investments Department of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, where he analyzed the feasibility and structure of Metropolitan’s debt and equity participation in leveraged buyout transactions. Mr. Berka earned a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon
