Christopher A Bartlett

Christopher A. Bartlett has served as a director since 2002 and serves as a member of the Organization and Compensation Committee. He also served as director of the Company from 1988 to 1993. Dr. Bartlett is a Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus, at Harvard University. Prior to his academic career, he was a general manager of Baxter Travenol's French subsidiary and a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Currently, Dr. Bartlett serves as an advisor to chief executive officers and as a management consultant on international strategic and organizational issues to several major corporations. Mr. Bartlett will retire effective as of the date of the 2008 annual meeting of shareholders and will not serve the remainder of his term expiring at the 2010 annual meeting.
