Lars Batista

Lars Batista has been a director since February 8, 2011. Mr. Batista joined our Board in February 2011 just before we acquired our Brazilian social games subsidiary. Since January 2009, Mr. Batista has been the Director of Information and Technology for EBX Holdings, which is a holding company which includes a group of subsidiaries in the fields of mining and metal, energy, oil and natural gas exploration, and coal mining. From June 2008 until December 2008, Mr. Batista was the Vice President of Business Development of TechFront. From October 2005 until June 2008, Mr. Batista was the V.P. of Production at eGames, Inc., a game publishing company.
