Ernesto Cruz

Ernesto Cruz has been a director since November 13, 2007. Since October 2007, Mr. Cruz has served as the managing partner of Advanzer de Mexico S.A. de C.V. a consulting and audit firm. From March 2002 until October 2007, he was the Managing Partner for the Monterrey and Northeast Mexican offices of Deloitte & Touche, a big four international accounting firm. Mr. Cruz served as the Managing Partner for the Monterrey and Northeast Mexican offices of Arthur Anderson from April 1997 through March 2002. Mr. Cruz is a Certified Public Accountant in Mexico.
