Mr. Curler is Executive Chairman of the Company and was elected to that position in 2008. He is also our Chairman of the Board and has served in that position since 2006. He was President from 1996 to 2007, Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2008, and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2000.
