Rankin will remain as assistant to the chief operating officer until September 1, 2004. Sal Litrico has been with TECO Transport for 10 years and has a clear understanding of the vision and values of TECO Transport, as well as its other operating companies. He has more than 25 year’s experience in the maritime transportation industry.
