Jerry R. Satrum has been our director since May 1996. Before his retirement from Georgia Gulf Corporation in 1998, he served as Georgia Gulf's Chief Executive Officer (1991-1998), President (1989-1997) and Vice President - Finance and Treasurer (from its inception until 1989). Mr. Satrum has been a director of Georgia Gulf Corporation since its inception.
