David A Gallogly

Dave joined Letterle in April, 2009 after spending 20 years as an environmental attorney. He began his career in 1989 as Assistant Counsel with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources; and, before moving to Letterle, managed environmental affairs for United Refining Company in Warren, Pennsylvania. As President of Letterle, Dave is called upon to use his legal, administrative, and management experience to keep the company focused and moving toward its strategic goals. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College and a Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School; was appointed to the PA Storage Tank Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a registered patent attorney.
