Mr. Bennett has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Terra Industries Inc., an international producer of nitrogen products and methanol ingredients headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa, since April 2001. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Terra Nitrogen GP Inc., a subsidiary of Terra Industries Inc. Mr. Bennett has served as a Director of IPL, WPL and Resources since 2003. Mr. Bennett is Chairperson of the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Lead Independent Director.
