Michael J Endres

Michael J. Endres has served continuously as a director of the Company since 1999 and is a member of the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Endres has served as a partner in Stonehenge Financial Holdings, Inc., a private equity investment firm he co-founded in August 1999, for more than five years. Mr. Endres also serves as a director of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated and Tim Hortons Inc. Mr. Endres serves as a member of the Executive Committee and the Risk Committee for Huntington Bancshares Incorporated and as the Chair of the Audit Committee for Tim Hortons Inc.
