Per Josefsson

Mr. Per Josefsson is a Founder and Partner at Brummer & Partners Kapitalförvaltning AB. He is an Executive Director at Zenit Asset Management Ltd and is also responsible for administration. Following employment as a Financial Analyst at Investment AB Skrinet and Consensus Fondkommission, Mr. Josefsson joined Alfred Berg Fondkommission as an Institutional Broker in 1986. He was named Manager of Institutional Brokerage Operations at Alfred Berg in Stockholm in 1990. In 1991 Mr. Josefsson was appointed as the Chairman of Executive Committee of Alfred Berg Fondkommission before being named Manager of all Alfred Berg Group share trading with operations in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, and New York. He left Alfred in April 1995 to form Brummer & Partners. Mr. Josefsson is the Chairman of B&P Research Office, Inc.
