William S Norman

Lead Director, Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. and member of the Compensation Committee. Former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Travel Industry Association. Mr. Norman retired in 2005 from the Travel Industry Association, a trade association for the travel industry, where he had been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1994. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK), a rail transportation company, from 1987 to 1994. He is the Chairman of the Board of the LMI, a nonprofit government consulting organization dedicated to improving management of the US Federal Government, and a director of the Travel Industry Association and the International Consortium for Research on the Health Effects of Radiation. He is also a Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of West Virginia Wesleyan College and a member of the Board of Overseers of the Hospitality Hall of Honor and Archives.
