Johnson has also played an instrumental role in some of the music industry's major acquisitions. Johnson spent nine years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Sony Music Entertainment. He also held several posts at CBS and was an associate in the New York City law firm Mayer, Nussbaum, Katz & Baker. Johnson is a graduate of Yale College.
