Jason Mozingo

Mr. Jason Mozingo is a Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners L.P. Previously, he served as a Principal at Avista Capital Partners. Also, Mr. Mozingo served as a Principal with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners focusing on investments in the media and energy sectors. Representative transactions in these sectors included Professional Career Development Institute, MGM, Rockwood, Visant (Jostens), Palisade Investors, and Michael Petroleum. Earlier in his career, he served as a Principal at Palisades-GMB Capital Partners. Mr. Mozingo joined DLJ Investment Banking in 1998 and DLJMB in 1999. He currently serves as a Director at Professional Career Development Institute and previously was a Director at Jostens. Mr. Mozingo is C.F.A. and member of the CFA Institute. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from UCLA and holds an M.B.A. degree with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
