Robert Michaels has served as a director of the Company and as our President and Chief Operating Officer since 1995. In addition, Mr. Michaels has served and continues to serve as a director and/or officer of various of our subsidiaries and joint ventures. Mr. Michaels is an ex-officio trustee of the ICSC, a director of the Center for Urban Land Economics Research at the School of Business of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a trustee of the University of South Dakota Foundation.
