Susan Bradley is senior vice president of human resources for Windstream, an S&P 500 company that provides voice, broadband and entertainment services to customers in 16 states. Bradley is responsible for the company's employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits and staffing. She was appointed to the position in December 2005. Bradley previously served as vice president of human resources for Alltel. She joined Alltel in 1990 when Alltel acquired Systematics, Inc., and served in a variety of human resources management roles. Prior to joining Alltel, Bradley spent 12 years with Southwestern Bell.
