Marc C Breslawsky

MARC C. BRESLAWSKY is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imagistics International Inc., a company engaged in direct sales, service and marketing of enterprise office imaging and document solutions. Mr. Breslawsky served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imagistics International Inc. from 2001 until 2005, when the company was acquired by Oce N.V. From 1996 to 2001, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Pitney Bowes Inc., and Vice Chairman from 1994 to 1996. He is a director of The United Illuminating Company and C.R. Bard, Inc. Mr. Breslawsky has been a director of the Company since 1999.
