David Wine

David J. Wine is the Managing Partner of Oliver's Realty Group. Mr. Wine is recognized as one of New York's most accomplished and experienced real estate professionals with unparalleled knowledge and insight into the luxury rental and condominium markets in Manhattan and nationally. Prior to forming Oliver's Realty Group, Mr. Wine was Vice Chairman at Related, overseeing the design, sales, leasing and marketing strategies of Related's premier luxury condominium and residential rental properties throughout New York, Boston and Los Angeles. Mr. Wine has also been an advisor to Related's initiatives in China and the Middle East and has been responsible for the development or acquisition of over $8 billion dollars of valued real estate in the United States. Under his guidance, his team crafted Related's many individual real estate successes into a highly respected and sought-after national brand, particularly known for its innovative approaches to design and brand concepts. In addition to his real estate work, Mr. Wine lends his time and expertise as a current board member to various non-profit and charity organizations including the Public Art Fund, the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, the Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA), and the Citizens Housing and Planning Council. He is also a Board Member of New York's Congregation Beth Simchat Torah. Prior to joining Related in 1978, Mr. Wine was a multi-housing representative for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. A graduate of Columbia University, Mr. Wine also earned his MBA from New York University where he has returned as a keynote speaker to participate in panel discussions and at real estate forums.
