Mr. Calabrese has more than 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience with the vast majority dedicated to leveraged lending. He has significant transactional experience in structuring various deal types ranging from equity buyouts to bankruptcy financings. His deep knowledge of asset based lending is highly complementary to the fund's strategy. Chris is a frequent speaker on middle-market leveraged lending and is a former President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association. He previously held NASD series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
