Elizabeth W Factor

Ms. Factor is a tax attorney who specializes in municipal finance and structured financing strategies. Since 2002, she has served as one of three private members of the New York State Financial Control Board for New York City. She is also a director of the United Nations Development Corporation, the volunteer treasurer and a trustee of the Drawing Center and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. From 1996 to 2004, Ms. Factor served as tax counsel at Babcock & Brown LP and previously was a tax associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton in New York. Ms. Factor holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
