Stephen E Erickson

Stephen E. Erickson is a founding member of Pegalis & Erickson with over 25 years of experience in the trial of significant medical malpractice and other types of personal injury litigation. He has successfully handled medical malpractice trials in states from North Carolina to Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Along the way he has won for his clients some of the highest verdicts throughout these jurisdictions. As one of 15 children, Mr. Erickson learned early on the importance of taking care of others and he brings the same level of care and dedication to handling the needs of the firm’s clients. Mr. Erickson is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He graduated cum laude from New York Law School where he was a member of Law Review and is also a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta.
