Jan focuses on antitrust, competition, and trade regulation with a particular emphasis on government investigations, litigation and antitrust policy issues. Jan is a past Chair of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. Jan holds degrees from Northwestern University and Georgetown University Law School.
