Jack Feldman is Vice Chair of Grandpoint Bank and a member of the Bank's board of directors. He oversees Grandpoint's banking operations in the San Fernando Valley and on the Westside. Feldman was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of First Commerce Bank, which merged with Grandpoint in December 2010. He also served on the First Commerce board of directors. Feldman was associated with First Commerce for 12 years. Before joining First Commerce in 1998, he served as President and CEO of Bank of Los Angeles and American West Bank. He has held a variety of executive positions over the course of his banking career, which was launched in 1954. Feldman has been active in civic affairs and has served as a director of the Brentwood, Sherman Oaks and Encino chambers of commerce. He served as President of the Encino Chamber in 1988. He is a former director of the Child Development Institute of Woodland Hills. Feldman received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., and his master's degree from St. Mary's College in Moraga, Calif.
