President of Investors Leasing Corporation and past chair of United Way, Home Federal Bank and is on the Foundation Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Dieguito. Fletcher’s grandfather C.E. Toberman credited with first subdividing the city of Del Mar and the Fletcher family is well known in Del Mar. Lives in Rancho Santa Fe.
