John D Higginbotham

John Higginbotham is a partner in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Riverside office. He practices exclusively in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on business, employment, construction, tort and civil rights litigation. He is admitted to practice before all the State and Federal trial and appellate courts in the State of California. Mr. Higginbotham joined Best Best & Krieger LLP in 1999 as a first year associate and became an equity partner in 2006. He graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, and also earned a Masters of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from BYU. Mr. Higginbotham also holds an active real estate broker license.
