Brian L Acton

Brian L. Acton serves as an Independent Director of Adriana Resources Inc. Mr. Acton is currently engaged as a consultant with Oxbow Corporation. Mr. Acton previously was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Oxbow Carbon and Minerals LLC. Prior to 1985, he was Director of Marketing for Kaiser Resources/Westar Mining (now Teck Resources). Mr. Acton holds a masters in business administration in 1977 and BS in mining engineering in 1973 from the Queen's university.
